    • 2.1. How much will shipping be for my item(s)?
      • Most orders made within Canada that are not oversized items or in a remote location is available with our flat-rate $12.50 shipping rate.

        Joint Force Tactical reserves the right to amend the $12.50 flat shipping rate for remote locations and oversize items. Please contact [email protected] for shipping-related questions.

        Shipping within Canada, charges are as stated on the purchase completion page and are based on Canpar or Canada Post standard service. (For customers who wish to pick up their order please select BC as your shipping province and then select Pick-Up as your delivery method). If you would like to inquire or request an alternate shipping method please call 604-705-0600. 

    • 2.2. Does the flat-rate shipping apply to remote locations?
      • Joint Force Tactical reserves the right to amend the $12.50 flat shipping rate for remote locations and oversize items. Please contact [email protected] for any shipping-related questions.

    • 2.3. How long until my order is shipped?
      • All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days when the product(s) become available.

    • 2.4. How long do backordered items take?
      • Products on backorder can vary from vendor to vendor.  The Joint Force Tactical team works hard to deliver orders as timely as possible. If you would like an update on the timing of your order, please email [email protected].

    • 2.5. How are orders packaged?
      • All packages will be packed in discrete, plain, and unmarked packaging.

    • 2.6. Who pays duties and import feeds if I am outside of Canada?
      • All duties, foreign taxes, & import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We suggest contacting local officials to find out if there are extra charges that apply to the products that you are ordering.

    • 2.7. What do you do with my shipping information?
      • All customers' information is private and never sold, shared, or given to anyone. 

  • 3. Warranty
    • 3.1. Who pays for shipping?
      • All shipping of the warranty item, returning to us is at the expense of the customer (No COD shipments will be accepted).  

    • 3.2. What do I need to start a warranty claim?
      • To start a warranty return you must have:

        • The original receipt
        • All original parts supplied with the item(s)
        • An authorization number. Please call 604-705-0600 to receive your Return Authorization. No warranty items will be accepted without an Authorization Number.

        Not having these items may void the warranty.

         

    • 3.3. Do I need a receipt for a warranty return?
      • All warranty items must have an original sales receipt. No warranty items will be accepted without a receipt.

    • 3.4. What length of warranty do you offer?
      • All items are backed by the manufacturer's warranty. The length of warranty varies between products, vendor, and/or  manufacturer.

         

  • 4. Returns
    • 4.1. What is your return policy?
      • Joint Force Tactical offers a 14-day return policy. Any item may be returned up to 14 days upon you receiving your order excluding any items that are final sales.

        All returns must have an authorization number please call 604-705-0600 to receive your Return Authorization. No return items will be accepted without an authorization number.

        All returns must have an original sales receipt and all original parts and pieces. No returns will be excepted if any of the above are missing.

        All returns must be in original condition and unopened and unused. No returns will be excepted if any product is not in its original condition.

    • 4.2. Who pays for shipping?
      • All shipping costs of returning items are at the sole responsibility of the customer and must be sent insured to cover the cost of the item in case of damage during shipping. No COD or uninsured packages will be excepted.

    • 4.3. How do I receive my money back?
      • All returns will be credited back to the customer in the same payment method used to originally pay for the item. 

    • 4.4. Can I return my special ordered item?
      • We will not accept returns of special ordered items unless the item is defective or within the manufacturer's warranty.
