So it’s been a couple weeks, I’ve played around with the belt and I would give this Comfort Panel (small/medium) a 7 out of 10.

There’s only 2 keepers, I had to flip the panel around so that the Velcro would grip my inner belt, and I removed the back pad because it just got in the way (rides up).

But it’s resolved my issue of pressure points on my left hip but not on the right (pistol pad may resolve that). I would recommend it because it solved my issue and helps to spread the weight a bit.
