Shipping Delays And COVID-19

During this unprecedented time, shipping companies are doing their best to keep up with the major increase of worldwide online shopping, while maintaining the safety of their employees.  

With these increases in volume, all ETAs supplied with tracking numbers are not guaranteed.  All major couriers have notifications of delays and suspension of guaranteed service during COVID.  This includes Canpar and Canada Post, the couriers we use.  Not only are ETAs not guaranteed, but arrival dates can extend from a few days to even a few weeks past the date promised.  However, we have found these extended delays to be an exception rather than the norm.

We believe in customer service before, during, and after your purchase from us at Joint Force Tactical.  With the delays from 3rd party couriers, we are unable to track/trace orders at this time.  We ask that if you require any additional information beyond what the tracking number provides, that you contact the respective courier's Customer Service Number.  Be aware that there are extended wait times to speak to an agent.
